Start by clicking Add Video

You can upload a file or drag and drop your video (make sure the file is either a .mov, .avi, .mpeg or .mp4file and up to 2GB each).

You can also upload an External Video URL (from YouTube or Vimeo) by copying and pasting the link. Click Add Video.

When using an External Video link, most of the information will be pre-populated. Be sure to fill out the Channels, Tags, Audio Transcript (if necessary) and the Expiration Date.

When Uploading Video, you'll need to fill out all the information yourself. You can always Save a Draft and come back later if you don't have enough time or are unsure of what to write.

Now it is time to decide who will watch the video and when by selecting the Access & Priority Settings.

There are 6 types of Access & Priority Settings

1. Block: This restricts certain users from watching the video.

2. Shareable: This allows users to watch the video and share it via email. You can also share the video with people outside your Soaq Network on social media by selecting Public. NOTE: These videos will not show up in search results nor in channels.

3. Discoverable: You can search for and find these videos but they will not appear on your home screen or mosaic.

4. Listed on Home: Think of this as videos that would appear on your social media news feed. These are videos you would like others to watch at some point.

5. Featured: These videos are important and will be marked with a green star and appear on your home page mosaic

6. Mandatory: Reserved for top priority videos and messages will appear on your home page mosaic with a red pin.

By clicking on the drop down arrow you can narrow down your audience.

Once you have defined your access rights, click Next and a preview of your video upload will appear.

If you are ready to upload the video, click Publish. If you are not ready, click Save as Draft and you can publish the video later.
